I just got done reading the article pertinaing to capturing ALL of the costs incurred when trying to flip a home.

Do any of you know if there is an excel sheet set up here that captures these costs? Just something general you may use to do a quick and dirty analysis?

I know this has probably been asked thousand time here, but I figured I wuld ask again.

Thanks all

I create a new one for every project that captures the information I need for that project...here is an example from a recent project that I completed:

During renovations, the spreadsheet is my estimated budget, and things are color-coded based on whether I have a firm bid, whether the work is completed yet, how much I've paid, etc. So, I always know exactly what the estimated budget is, what's been paid and how we're tracking to our budget.
