I see them do yhr brrr method but was curious where after paying for renovations people are getting additional money for yhr refi.

I plan to start with a house hack and building a portfolio primarily with the BRRRR method with hopes of one day sponsoring syndications.

I am open to "paying up" for quality but don't want to overpay.4) who do you know that is successfully leveraging a personal assistant? 

the BRRR method sure works great … although usually takes some liquid capital to pull off unless you have those sweat hart relationships that are EARNED over the years... 

I had originally planned on using this method for single/multi families.

@Jonathan Tang same thing your saying if you get them on the phone you know script depends on home and situation, but i'd say i focus more on the quality of the leads i'm getting in order to achieve the result. 

I also have some investments in private syndications which are sort of in-between those 2 ways of investing.I think all three methods are good but each have their pros and cons.

You have e some unique real estate specific qualities.

The long game is referrals as they are better quality lead, and most often pretty much free.
