I think you should focus more on the cash flow for that property instead of worrying about buying it in a B class or C class.

You should focus on finding a job in real estate where they pay YOU, not you pay THEM.

@Brian Garrett Focus is on the asset, but they'll still check on the borrower's PFS.Usually looking for net worth greater than the size of the loan, and liquidity to cover 9 months debt service.

HI BP Land-I am trying to bring in consistent cashflow from wholesale deals and am starting to really focus on the distressed properties.

The main thing to focus in the real estate business is the trust and the deals.

Atleast do as already suggested and let her know that A your not doing ANY of those requests and B you hold the power position and inform her you won’t be taking ANY crap from this point forward

I think this can be a powerful tool if you work with the right company.
