I'd recommend looking at some additional strategies that we post about in the marketplace.

The compensation you outlined in the post sounds reasonable, but you'll need to talk with the broker since from my understanding they would have the final say.

The National Association of Realtors identified Toledo as the nation's hottest real estate market for this year, despite that it has been only a month in 2024, with Cincinnati (mentioned in my last post), Columbus, and Cleveland not too far behind.
