Also if you have any concerns, take it up with his office.

It is SOP in these cases to have another agent in your office be the "official" buyer's agent, to avoid this. 

Several real estate attorneys in that office.

Must have a min of 2 yrs. office admin experience.

I already have the info from the Treasurer's office on registration and depositing funds into their trust account, but am looking for more info on the actual auction from someone who may have attended.

Make sure the loan officer is familiar with 203k loans AND knows enough to ably answer your questions above.  

I would suggest calling and talking to the specific loan officer/processor who is handling your loan and find out exactly what the hold up is.
