I've been pre-approved on a loan already in escrow I did everything I was supposed to do remodeled my home sold it in Los Angeles all said and done have 550k move to Houston I'm at the end of escrow now I have to have letter of explanation for my criminal history from 20 years ago that have been mostly dismissed and acquitted of charges and they won't approve my loan they want more detail when I already gave them a good letter of explanation my agent thinks it's BS so does my broker still waiting on loan what can I do?
