Age is just a state of mind, so don't listen to all of the "advice" telling you you are too young.  

Listen to any of the wholesaling podcasts.

Make sure to listen to all the BP podcasts, read the articles on the main blog and be active in these forums to learn a ton very quickly about any topic in real estate you want to know more about.This is also a great place to meet people that can be assets to your business.

What's been most useful to me has been:-becoming a Pro member and getting increased access to the BP assets-getting on the weekly webinars with @Brandon Turner-listening to the podcasts-jumping in and devouring as much *free* info here on BP from the experienced investors as I can-connecting with colleagues here-attending meetings, networking, and getting in front of as many people as possibleJump in with both feet!

So much info here, I think I have listened to half of the podcast already =)

It can be a major hassle to collect rents for numerous different LLC's.
