OP - rent $$ on two exactly same apartment and SFH are day and night apart.....Tenants for apartment tend to be less stable and financiallly strong....

He calmly drove back to his company office 25 miles away .Meanwhile I had sent him an email the night before, asking if he even had one call or inquiry yet from a tenant prospect??

After reading some books, listening to a dozen podcasts (and counting), and talking with the BP community I have finally brought myself to take the next step in my education--attending a REIA.Im making an hour 10min trip after work(on a school night, God forbid) to go to this REIA.

Plus, you'll mainly be working nights and weekends showing homes. 

I build "education time" into my schedule its usually first thing in the morning before the family gets up or last thing at night once everyone goes to bed rarely in the middle of the day but occasionally.

Not sure how I missed this last night.

We met the owner at the property last night and things were a little strange.

Our family will use it some, but we have been renting it out to nightly travelers.  

The night we were notified, we examined it found some loose connections and got it running again.  

I got the clear to close last night.
