Closing on my first duplex on Monday. Want to give thanks.

So I'm going to be closing on my first duplex next Monday at 10:00am. It is the property I put up in my last post. I got the clear to close last night. I'm very nervous and excited at the same time! I want to give thanks to everyone who's has responded to my posts and messages for the advice they've given me. 2017 will be a great year.
