My understanding is that Property Tax is reassessed each year to be 1.4% of the home's newly assessed value that year but also the net annual cost increase is capped at 2%.- Property Management Fees: 10% of Rent Revenue.

This was our first official purchase and sale with our newly formed LLC.

We were extremely lucky to find a newly built cabin off-market in January and closed on it in mid-March.

(like aluminum foil)  When newly built or situations like this, is the only time you get to do this!
