Since you are a new wholesaler, I recommend you take a few minutes and go to the App Store, or Google's Play Store (whichever operating system you use) and download a simple app for free that will give you at least a "swag" analysis of your deal and show the Maximum Allowable Offer.

I have not used these apps yet but they seem to be a one stop solution.
