You could set up a Google Voice phone number which will allow you to have a separate phone number for real estate (side hustle) related phone calls.By downloading the app on any smart phone, you will have the ability to use your regular phone for your day job while using the Voice app for anything else, and you can set up a separate answering machine message for when you're not able to answer.

This was an investor planning on a fix & flip strategy for this one and yes houses sell for the price of mobile homes in Cleveland lol!
