Hello everyone. I have 13 years experience as a licensed SC manufactured housing dealer and contractor, flipping and owner financing mobile homes. I'm interested in creating longer term cash flows than I currently do with chattel deals by investing in land/home deals and site built homes. Glad to be a member.
