But it's probably a waste of time.Yes you're pissed and rightly so, but instead turn that energy to finding another lender and moving forward.

I'm hoping that there is somebody out there who's really experienced that feels like they have the time and the energy to give me some advice as well as be one of my buyers.I hope my posts can provide a little perspective to other people starting out.

Grounds keeping / landscaping / snow removal, trash collection and dumpster if needed, any common areas that need to be cleaned weekly or every few weeks, like hallways (weekly) or basements (would need to be cleaned out every few monthly at the very least), sometimes things like furniture and mattresses will need to be removed from property, any common area electric bills (call local energy company and ask for landlord responsibility)?

Since you're looking to build a relationship, why don't you go to the places where the probate attorneys are found and invest your time, money and energy into learning about their challenges.To me, you post comes across as as if you are trying to get someone else to do the relationship work, As in any field, relationships are based on rapport (trust and comfort).I would never joeoardize my hard-earned relationships with other professionals with an unknown, let alone from a public forum.

I have zero recourse, and I had to let it go.So unless you are super strapped for cash it might be worth the time or energy.

My plan at moment is to focus the majority of my energy on pre-market flips.

It requires relentless work, energy, effort and perserverance to be sucessfull.
