It is not my main concern I just wouldn't know what to ask for.Lastly I'm assuming I would still be able to do this with homes that are up home(Chicago) and doing it form down at school (Mizzou) as long as I was still able to find homes correct?

@Jason F my buddy is redoing the exterior of his place in plymouth ma in cedar. he got a quote and a catalog of cedar siding and i think the shingle panels from michigan prestain. it looks really good. good luck!

Short sales are filled with too much emotion and paperwork.Wholesaling, I would liken this too exept I dont have to drive around town looking for properties, just look at what banks have to offer.I really dont want to be bothered with Renting properties , although I do have it in my plan to hold on to a acquire a couple LO or sub2 for long term.To get started here in REO I planned to get a private money loan, last choice is hard money.

I'll sometimes offer to pay a small fee to help with moving expenses if they can be out soonner - what's typically known as cash for keys.If they are not receptive to any of this I have no choice but to start the eviction process.

I've wondered the same type of thing myself for a long time about different things not just real estate, and found that you could get 100 people and 100 different answers from each, mainly because it's a philosophical question.
