I was starting to wonder if my data was being sold on the dark web  :)   The rep insisted that I enter all of our assets, real estate holdings, liabilities, etc line by line into their application even though I had submitted an excel spreadsheet with all of it clearly listed.

There are less public web sites you can look at comps, unless you have a very very good realtor.  

Hi David - I don't have any suggestions for app based calcs, but if you are familiar/satisfied with the web based desktop version we have here, it should be mobile friendly to use within your phone's web browser.

You might consider creating a new topic that's more web-design related so people will see it, and offer their services.

For 2% they get 10 professional photos, 1 or 2 open houses, FB marketplace/CL advertising with weekly renewal, paid web advertising, door knocking the neighborhood with brochures/open house invites, direct mail and mass emailing "just listed" brochures (basic), yard sign.

There is plenty of free material on the web.  

We have some web sites in mind that we would like to use.  

I've searched the web for a method for regularly checking my numbers and so far haven't come up with much.
