Ive been reading into the Robert  kiyosaki / Tom Wheelwright Podcast lately and i'm intrigued into being able to convert business income to passive income and potentially  paying as little taxes as possible , I wont go as far as to say Zero taxes like they do but that would be nice .

Also, the rental verification form should only ask fact based questions like (1) Any late payments (2) if so how many late payments (3) condition of the home upon move out, etc...This is something that should be done in writing and not over the phone.

This is exactly why I have all my sellers force buyers to do inspections right in the beginning - because it really sucks to go all the way through the approval process and have the buyer walk away after over a condition issue that could have been found and negotiated earlier, and now its just too late and everyone involved wasted months of their time for nothing.
