The current strategy I’m using is setting keyword alerts on Craigslist to gain potential leads (if anyone has any key word suggestions btw I’d love to hear them).

So in the future if a newer investor is searching specific key words they may stumbled onto this thread and get inspired by some out-of-the-box thinking.
