You should have a conversation with a lender about this and share your story of what you're looking to accomplish because the what if scenarios are endless and we can't cover them all.

Many, many stories like this and they often don't end well.

Long story short, that decision cost me over $3,000 when I had to evict them and clean up the property.You want people that are responsible with their money.

I am sure there are horror stories out there with others, but the experience I had was very fulfilling. 

Hey Carrie, I appreciate you sharing this story and being honest.

Make sure you have your story ready for why you signed a lease that you weren’t comfortable and if you’re not happy just ending the lease hwy you think you should get free rent for something you willingly signed. 

@Moises Correa: story time: 10 years ago, I started buying rentals and at the time thought I was going to buy 5 SFRs in my first year 10 in my second, and then ramp up.
