If I were you, assuming you truly want to provide value and not just the appearance of value, take these terms you've ranked for and run PPC campaigns for those terms, and see if they get any impressions.

I have been very impressed with how welcoming the members have been. 

I have to admit that the response was professional and I was impressed.

I just met with Duane Culver of Culver CPA and was impressed.

I drove around today to a few of the fourplexes in my area and I wasn't very impressed with the surrounding areas.  

I was under the impression I must use a commercial loan.
