Looking for rehab consultation (Corona, CA)

We have a SFH property that we've owned and rented for the past 9 years in Corona, California. We now want to sell. The property is not in very good condition. We are looking for a professional rehabber to consult with us regarding our options. We want advice on the potential ROI of certain repairs and improvements.

I am fairly new to bigger pockets but am already impressed with this knowledgable community. I feel this is the best place to come for answers. 😊
