You need to hire a QI immediately.Also, the timeline is to identify the replacement property within 45 days (which includes day of closing).

@Jeff Unruh Mecklenburg County, NC has a very robust online tool for search tax foreclosures to include narrowing searches by property type. http://mapserver.mecklenburgcountync.gov/foreclosures/Vacant land presents a whole host of potential problems that may inhibit a quick flip.

This will be helpful to them since they will know right away that they will need to continue their housing search. 

I would be 95% of tenants aren't savvy enough to know all this, but it really is just a google search away.
