Hi Ladies and Gents,So everything at work got extended and so instead of ending in June my position ended at the end of September.

I definitely feel blessed having a few in my personal life and of course all the ladies and gents on this platform that make life easier. 

Who knows, this lady may hate the hardness of tile or how cold it gets.

same with institutional landlords.. when my mother was in her last 7 days of life in her apartment I had to drive from Portland to Napa Ca and by the time I got there .. there was a 3 day notice on the door.. and the ladies in the main office knew my mom very well and knew she was in hospice etc..

It didn’t start off well as this lady contacted the housing board and sent me screenshots.

Ladies and Gentlemen, Let me be the first to honestly say, I think we are all screwed🤷🏽‍♂️ .

I asked about pricing for water and sewage and the lady didn't really give me an answer but she did look at previous bills and tell me what the previous owners were paying...

Ask them if they/single lady would feel safe walking down that street past midnight if the area is in question or vandalism theft issues...do homes rountinely get stripped nearby etc.

You could have a local company come out and inspect for mold and air quality but ultimately the lady want to leave. 

One lady was indeed mid-eviction!
