After a pretty extensive search, we found that most prop mgrs aren't willing to manage in that area just yet, or if they are will charge you an arm & leg (and possibly a flat fee).

Also have read extensively about this topic and rental properties but most of the information that i've managed to find is based on US laws, credits, etc..I have considerably good basis to get started but, again, my main concern is how I could get a credit or do it without one since I haven't had a steady job that would give me a line of credit with a bank.Also looking for a database with prices of the area.

Failure to do so may cause a court to "pierce the corporate veil" and treat the corporation as an extension of you as an individual.  

I live in Cali too and own a 4-plex in Ohio, and have been studying the state's market extensively.  

You do get a better school system in general than Anne Arundel, but we are probably splitting hairs with the entire state typically rated 1 or 2 in public education with Massachusetts being the other top one.  

I figured that the paper would be slightly undersized from the factory so I measured the middle for both length and width on the actual and sure enough, it is just a hair under.  

I have done extensive research but I'm having a problem getting a definitive step into the Real Estate business.
