New member from Nuevo Leon, Mexico

Hi everyone! I've just joined BiggerPockets and i'm pretty excited about it! I'm from Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, with no experience whatsoever in Real Estate investing, but i've been reading a lot about it and I've been listening to the BP Podcast (which is great! thank you Joshua and Brandon!) and I'd love to get into the house flipping business in my area, i'm pretty good with numbers, and my wife is an Architect, we both are talking about this every day and we're trying to figure out how to do our first flip!

If there is anyone with an advice on how to start doing it, although I know it could be somewhat difficult since I live in a different country where laws, market behavior, loans, etc, are so different to those found in US, any advice be much appreciated!

Also, if there is anyone from my area around, please let me know!
