I am looking at doing this deal as the builder developer and then holding it.Anyone have any experience with these I understand there is a lot of them in Seattle and probably SF.going back to turn of the century these days.. but with PDX rents that sky rocked ( sure wish you bought her 5 years ago LOL if your buy and holder)... these are looking attractive.The tiny house is cute but the reality of land use for those is pretty tough.

What about mosquitoes and spiders;).They can be a small problem occasionally, especially if there is a food source...dog food, chicken feed, they often hang out around wood piles.

If I find an Owner Financed Note Holder that is willing to sell his/her Note and I submit the deal to an Investor/Cash Buyer and this Buyer purchases the Note and pays me a Finders Fee, do I need a Real Estate Brokers License for these kinds of transactions not only here in California but all 50 States??
