Getting into our first remodel and wanted to see if any of you out there have "go to" items for fit and finish (floors, carpet, appliances, fixtures, sinks, etc.).

Near the beach, close to Playa Vista (new recently developed neighborhood, Google, Snapchat and others are relocating), close to Marina Del Rey...to Layola university, Inglewood developments are on the way!..

Happy to also share intros to other potential buyers if they don't fit our criteria.

The benefit for me is that they'd fit more easily, and I could skip installing the dryer vent, but I see that they don't work as well. 

I have interviewed several and looking for a good fit for me.

It is a Class B asset in a Class A neighborhood and if underwritten conservatively throws off 9% Cash on Cash return.

Mackaylee has been good at responding to emails and Kenna from property management was helpful when lockbox code did not work.USREEB have more options in 'A' class neighborhoods (Lees Summit, Praire Village, Blue Springs etc) compared to other providers focused on B and C neighborhoods.  

@Jay Hinrichs curious what you think about this... looks like someone dumping a neighborhood all with different MLS numbers.
