We wanted to do all section 8 but was actually hard to find even the one section 8 tenant.Everyone has paid on time but one tenant was threatening to fight with our plumber for him coming later at night 😂 definitely not the easy going north side chicago tenants. 

Agree. unfortunately, its too late for many who got locked into specific assets which are now fighting an uphill battle.

Austin has had similar issues and been fighting over proposed code changes fir a few years now. 

Bold requires a few hours per day to produce but that's because they have you fighting over the same leads as every other agent in a given market. 

Don't even think for one minute that just because you pay premiums, your insurer will treat you fairly without a fight.  

If you feel like the adjuster/insurance is not giving you the right amount of money for all your repairs/replacements, you can hire a company to come in and fight on your behalf. 

Are you really insured if you have to fight cheap insurance companies for your compensation?

Spayed/neutered pets, in general, are less territorial (fewer bites & fights theoretically).

Turn it in to a LTR, turn it in to a MTR, move in and househack, sell it, give a lawyer $10,000 retainer to fight it and when you lose go back to options 1-4.

people used to fight each other and leave their bank just because one bank an give 3.30% and the other one could give 2.95% rate lol, they used to switch lender back and forth for 25bps differences like it's matter of survival LOL
