I have had the listing for a short while and although I have done quite a bit of online marketing between facebook ads, youtube videos and network syndication (Realbird) I haven't had a showing and only one inquiry.

A true C corp will be a PITA to administer, stock cretificates, minutes, officers/directors, etc. but an LLC can elect C status.

I was just thinking that with facebook and such, kids would be doing a ton of your advertising for you.

All of those sites have delays on status changes, sometimes long delays up to a month I've seen!

As has been exposed and you probably read, Google, Facebook, and many websites sell information without your knowledge or approval.

All of them are in "active" status and none satisfied.
