Can anyone suggest a company the would refinance a rental under a LLC ? 

The 1st deal is still ongoing, and I had to exercise my pledge agreement I had on Kevin’s entity as he still hadn’t sold or repaid me.

If anyone has any suggestions or thoughts on the deal, i'd love to hear them. 

My questions are:1-since it's the only bathroom in the house, what should we suggest the tenant do?

If you are dealing with partners, I would highly suggest creating an LLC entity AND have it include a an operating agreement that covers who does what and how you will eventually dissolve the company/dispose of the property.Disclaimer: I am not an attorney nor do I play one on the internet.
