@Kevin Hogan - You probably need to spend that in education.

In my opinion, the transactional cost of buying and selling properties in Mexico (basically trading houses) might make it very challenging to make good profits if you are buying and selling as a foreigner.

My recommendation is to find a market, but start networking at meetups and REIA's to understand the current trends.I just received an email from one of the most successful wholesale educators in the midwest who is now getting in to note investing.

The numbers look good for coC , I just wanted a few opinions on refinancing .

Shift from "how do I sell this property on YouTube" to "how do I use a video on Youtube to show and educate a buyer that may be interested in this property."  

I like the idea of multi-family properties because we can get multiple doors on 1 loan, which as SF is 1 door per 1 loan...just my opinion from what I have read and learned so far.

I would suggest you educate a lot more before putting in any further offers.Hopefully this one gets rejected so you have time to learn the proper procedure.You definitely need to account for holding costs, closing costs and commissions when analyzing!

I've also continued to educate myself (reading real estate/success-related books, listening to podcasts, chatting on BP, etc.). 

I personally have not seen what she referred to but reached out for my opinion after the landlord sent her an invoice unexpectedly. 

I got the condo for $375,000 on 5/24/2018 and want to start aligning myself to make another real estate investment, given the current home values this would probably take a few years but I want to start educating myself now.
