He knew that this property was easily worth $150,000.

While you can see pretty easily if the market is contracting or expanding, being certain about the high point or low point is impossible.

I am in a similar situation that will cost me 20,000 with the sellers blatantly lying but I know for a fact that the sellers were dirt poor so even jf I win they will unlikely never be able to pay.

They were easily the lowest cost and fastest:- $5,500 for 2000 sq. foot home in Orange County while plumbers were asking $7,000 - $9,000 for the same project- 1 day to replace all the plumbing and get the hot water started plus 3 days to patch all of the holes created.- Our contractor provided a lifetime warranty on parts & labor.  

There's a coop auction coming up in my area.I wonder - if i win the auction - can coop board decline to give me ownership?

I am not an attorney (I am married to one for about 30 years) so I have seen plenty of litigants who think that if they pursue the case and win, it'll be all worth it.  

If their score drops below a certain number then they must obtain credit Counciling (either through me or a service)I want them to win and really don't want the house back.
