I am in a similar situation that will cost me 20,000 with the sellers blatantly lying but I know for a fact that the sellers were dirt poor so even jf I win they will unlikely never be able to pay.

They were easily the lowest cost and fastest:- $5,500 for 2000 sq. foot home in Orange County while plumbers were asking $7,000 - $9,000 for the same project- 1 day to replace all the plumbing and get the hot water started plus 3 days to patch all of the holes created.- Our contractor provided a lifetime warranty on parts & labor.
