If I were to invest in a project, I would weigh out whether the opportunity cost of having the cash locked up in a project for X years is worth it vs having it available to invest in something else like the stock market.

For my install a rubber mallet worked perfect to lock the ends in together. 

I’m with the fed cutting rates again yesterday, it could be beneficial in the short term.I’m currently buying another investment property and just save .5% with the fed cut since I wasn’t locked into the rate yet.

Hey @Steve Vaughan, I have gotten about 8 to 10 more roofs done this year, I am down to the ones where insurance paid almost nothing and they have issues like wooden shake shingles under the T locks. 

It locked in a 4 % interest rate.
