Eventually the LLC will have title on the property - then am I considered the owner when I work on the property?

At that point we were really just trying to save, save, save so that we could eventually move forward with our first rehab.

I eventually bought it with them financing $45K at 4% interest, with monthly interest only payments of $150 per month with a 5 year balloon.

Eventually, we want to acquire a SFR or Duplex for Buy'n'Hold with 20% down and total cost between $100k-$150k.My role will be active  - looking for the deal, doing negotiations, all paperwork and eventually managing the property.

I also like the appreciation factor of a sfr and option to eventually sell them with owner financing.

I'll eventually do a fix up on my own, but right now I'm trying to fall in love with mastering the wholesaling business!

If it is a family asset that you will eventually take charge of  figure the repair costs overall. 

If  you have an idea of how I can with as little risk as possible, definitely let me know because that's what I eventually want to do.
