I live around the Sacramento region in California however if I’m not mistaken the closest REIAs are down at L.A. which is a good 7 to 8 hr drive...Does any one know by chance if there are any here in Nor Cal?

The property has some opportunity to increase square footage and turn one of the units into a duplex unit and drive the rent a bit higher, but I originally planned to improve the property before refinancing to get some cash out.
