I've heard a lot of horror stories, and these units can be hard to sell.If you must buy a condo, I think it's much better to buy in a larger development where there's an experienced manager or management company running the show.

That may be a viable option if the deal makes sense.We can get an unsecured line but thats because we have a relationship with our portfolio lenders.It pays to develop those relationships.Good luck in the future
