Your're doing good if you get 4-5%The response rate also might be affected if you send mail cards instead of letters or if you hand written the letter vs computer print out.If you increase your mail outs to 500 or 1000 you can close at one deal from that 4-5% call back rate.I know it's expensive for someone new to RE wholesaling

Multiple cars, smart phones, internet, computers, streaming, etc Since 1900, inflation adjusted housing cost is about flat and food has gone down due to advances in farm technology.

Anish enlighten the folks on how much it cost to buy a car and license it in Singapore you will have a few of these folks fall off their computer chair  LOL.

also financing is cheap in this country.you have broken computer you don’t want to fix it because the cost of dinner is sometimes more expensive than the cost of hardware in this regard , computer chip.same logic applicable to appliance.

All my Tech Engineers should be able to 2nd that GIGO (Garbage In - Garbage Out); it's a fundamental knowledge point of computer programing that to get good results one must start with good inputs.
