Similar to what Bonnie mentioned about baths, I would add that it says 'dedicated bathroom' underneath the photos which as a recent one month Airbnb booker, I was looking for, but then in the description it says shared bathroom.

IE website direct marketing picture of the house description giving one the impression that they own them when they don't.. that's where the real estate regulators can and do step in.. but be that as it may with Guru's teaching that method it will never end unless the states really start to go after the gurus and those who follow them..

Probably a combination of issues; perhaps "fishing in the wrong pond" for subs, a few miscommunications with a quote from a sub based on a description as opposed to an actual inspection, from an owner that, not being an AC person may miss relevant issues, are these new or used units, did the handler "fit" into the enclosure, etc.

The listing agent is not local and doesn't impress me as being able to get a short sale done as there are 4 trust deeds on the property.The owner of record vacated the home a year ago and will probably accept any offer, as is typical in a short-sale as they will not get any money from the transaction.Moreover, today, I just had the county recorder change the legal description to reflect the right-of-way easement established when the stated transferred the land to the municipality in the 1880's.
