Have you done any other investments and do you have any strategies you plan to follow when it comes to investing in the future? 

I have a 4 year background as a project manager working on some very high end custom homes in the area.

I am thinking of changing my exit strategy from my typical BRRRR to a little fix and flip to generate some side income.It's like I am thinking of hitting the reset button to find better results elsewhere.
