Two major real estate policies president Trump is supporting - Negative rates - (trump directly tweeted today)- Fannie/Freddy restructuring - ( more of administration support)These are two MAJOR influences in the market, I see there being pros and cons of both curious on opinions on how this influences/impacts values/buyer pools etc

Morgantown has always been a strong area for housing and rental but WVU clearly has a tremendous impact IMO and from what I've been hearing from the Chamber of Commerce here in Beckley, WVU Tech will have a similar effect on the city ( although, obviously not as quickly because of differences in size ).

not sure which is favorable for you situation but what I do know is:car loans will impact your debt to income ratio, but as long as you are in the preferable % range the lender wants to see you are good also installment debt utilization does impact your credit scores.
