Before moving into the property, I updated all of the fixtures that was outdated: ceiling fans, painted walls, light switch covers, outlet covers, added carpet to the basement, and updated the HVAC.

Likely due to the recent hurricane Michael.we have included coverage for replacement of lost rents for at least 6 months, to cover us for the mortgage payments if a hurricane destroys the property and we have to rebuild.

So I stand corrected on appreciation for B areas in Montgomery - however, Huntsville, by comparison, has seen a higher appreciation rate for B areas, so relatively speaking, the appreciation perhaps is still not as robust as other areas of Alabama.
