@Basit Siddiqi yes we took this into consideration already.

My gut says drop the price to break even and try and sell it there (however there are other considerations as well), but I would be much better off BRRRRing it. 

I've submitted an offer for consideration and will know if the deal is funded within 48 hours.

Another consideration is to put the money back at Vanguard into the 500 index.

I have been watching the housing market in Houston for some time now and noticed that the demand for homes is low and that homes tend to stay on the market for considerable amount of time before they sell. 

@Chase Romine buying a park is a considerably better option than building one.

Now we know that it's seasonal and that we have to take into consideration that most of our money will be made Spring/Summer...that being said, who is doing this and is it working for you?
