I am wanting to stay in my market, but the only reason is that I can try and buy my first deal with and FHA loan.

The reasoning we focused on during the sale and in inspections was adding a new meter for the building, which was currently part of the 1st floor apartment so it needed to be split off, and moving the meters outside.

@Kizzy Robb,The reason your score dropped is because it's another hard inquiry, and also it immediately lowers your avg. age of credit.. but it should also slightly help with the utilization ratio.
