Don't lie or tell them an untruth, but consider how you can use it that is truthful and achieves your objective. 

Have all communications come to your email address as well and place a do not mail notice with the mortgage company (infer that you can't trust mail delivery in your area or something of the like - which isn't lying because you won't be there to get it!). 

In reality people lie and will sneak them in if you don’t allow and even if you inspect they could say they are dog sitting.

Maybe that is where the discrepancy lies.

So if that property is a possibility I will dig and dig hard to get the info you need to make an informed decision.The bottom line is most of us just don't have the time to look and research everything, those that say they do are either lying or not busy.

I want to sell my primary residence for climate reasons (no need for debate on this pt pls) as it sits in a low-lying area.

Recently, I have seen listings for 8-12 units with inaccurate expenses and it appears that the listing agent or seller is lying.

She'll probably lie about it/ or blow it off.  

I have lived all over the world but my favorite as a adult was :  My Victorian Hobby farm in NY along the shores of Lake Onterio, for 14 yrs I lived happily where i raised one obnoxious precious teenage girl who is no longer with us and 3 horses, chickens, peacocks, ducks, dogs and cats.
