The prices in Mass are getting so high, just wondering if it would be cheaper to build.

Taxes in Chicago are cheaper and there are great neighborhoods despite what the media portrays.

The company we would be purchasing from has provided the estimated rent collected annually and the NOI after management fees (10% of total rent, which can be replaced by another cheaper alternative if needed) and required expenses.

Wed all like to go back in time and buy houses or stocks when they were cheaper, but life doesnt work that way.

I was thinking about getting a stackable washer dryer (much cheaper option) but not sure how I might regulate it's use or how to charge.

With my structure I have almost eliminated my turnover by using some social engineering to find a tenant that is a long term tenant and not someone looking to move To the next place that is cheaper than my place.  

I have several cheaper term policies that taper off as I accumulate more wealth and my kids get older.

Still not sure because I already own the property ( we paid cash) It was cheaper than paying rent for my daughter while in college!!
