Should I be focusing my energy elsewhere?

Bandwidth has nothing to do with energy usage to the landlord.

When dealing with apartment settings and the landlord is paying for utilities, controlling those things from a remote location is going to be tantamount.Knowing what the tenant is using as far as energy when it is costing you, is how you can readjust your rental fees.

I'm not saying we have to be perfect, we as humans are flawed, but we also have to strive to be the best version of ourselves to allow for the right people and opportunities to come into our lives....So we open up ourselves and have a free flowing energy that lets the universe give us all that we want and be able to manifest and become the person we always knew we could be. 

Fairfield County has one, but I can never muster the energy to drive an hour each way after work to attend.

Essentially, I'm committed to making this work, and not having the day job stress has freed up so much energy, never mind the time.

I've been looking on MLS for a few weeks and almost everything comes up with bad numbers for an investment property.I have a plan laid out for the next one, five, ten and fifteen years which includes acquiring small multi-families and holding them as a landlord.What are your tips on finding good deals and how do you boost your confidence to step out there and make that first buy?

His job is also to raise the level of energy of the client, thus changing his state and allowing the client to see things from a different perspective  It is not a coach's job to give advice.  

Agree w/several folks on this thread that unless you and your mom want to be active and invest time and energy into learning a ton that just purchasing an apt w/o a lot of knowledge is dangerous.
