When your average person approaches a bank to borrow $1M+, etc to buy an apartment building, in the bank's eyes-the person is "ugly" at that point and you are like the "emperor with no clothes" if you will.

The rhythmic sound of the clothes being tossed around in the dryer reminds me I need to finish packing.  

My theory is that the wild swings are the baby boomers in a panic mode over their impending retirement and the wild swings in economic decisions they have made are being reflected in their political decisions as well.

Today a family of 6 (3 adults, 2 babies, and a 10 year old) viewed one of my apartments but only the 10 year old could speak English.

Anyway, As I rubbed the cob webs out of eyes every day and hurried out the door with my baby on my hip, I made it to work by 7:00 a.m.

. :)I currently reside in the Bay Area (Los Gatos, CA) with the love of my life (who I'm also trying to recruit into this), our 4 year old baby boy, our 2.5 year old Lab pup, and hopefully more babies to come very soon!

Residents can substitute less expensive food, look for cheaper gas, clothes, buy in bulk, etc. etc. when dealing with other consumables.
