I have done research but am still on the fence about how much to have in the bank before purchasing a rental home.

So if Im out doing the work for a rehabber and I go to foreclosure auctions or the bank these are  Some questions I have (1) What is a redemption rights when it comes to foreclosure property? 

Sending a paper check to my address would also be acceptable.I do know that he could go online and set this up himself with his bank. 

I doubt I can get a bank to finance me because I'm self employed and since I just began a year ago I don't have current tax documents to prove my earnings.

I happened to visit my friend in Denver this Mar and talked to a realtor and lender (first bank).

I'm looking for a HELOC and been going to different banks to find the best rate in New Mexico but they all seem around 7% for a 10yr and most is not fixed does anyone has a recommendation or suggestions it would be awesome. 

You can be the bank and gain a nice return without tenants, toilets or termites

We found out the bank will be doing some inspection work on the property, so we're hoping to get more information on the extent of the remediation needed. 

The bank foreclosure was listed for 550K.
