Lender option in Denver, Colorado
Hi BPers,
I am a foreigner and have followed BP for a long while. I’m really interested in investing the rental properties in the State.
I happened to visit my friend in Denver this Mar and talked to a realtor and lender (first bank). But as a foreigner, I can only get a loan option of 40% downpayment, 5% interest rate in 15 years, with which I can hardly find positive cash flow rental properties in Denver. Could anybody please tell me if there are any other good options for foreigners to get lower downpayment and longer period?
Thanks!
Brandon
