I do know that neither would put the LLC on the mortgage because they needed the individual to be responsible if things go bad.   

I will be acquring about 30k of equity and want to eventually use that to buy a second property and that's where I need some assistance. 

I thought that maybe I could convince an agent that has access to the MLS I want access in, to give me access as his licensed assistant.

Mostly I'm hearing that I, as an individual, have to be on the title at closing but then I can have it recorded the same day to my LLC.I'm guessing the best thing for me to do is be upfront with any potential lender/broker on what my plans are.
